To Free a Soul

*THIS BOOK SHOULD NOT BE READ BEFORE COMPLETION OF THE DUSKWALKER BRIDES SERIES OR BOOK 1 OF THE PREQUEL - To Trap a Soul* A hundred and fifty years have passed, and much has happened for Lindiwe. She's bonded, she's served her duties, and she's brought Duskwalkers into the world. Every year, her relationship with Weldir grows steadier, only to eventually shatter. What follows is a beautifully chaotic whirlwind of push and pull, a battle of devotion and affection against unchanging fates that are impossible to resolve. She can't fall in love with the shadowy entity who lives in the void. She fears for what's left of her humanity if she does... Weldir's indifference has begun to dissipate. In the wake of his mate's teasing, her desire, and her lovely fire, obsession and infatuation violently collide. He wants her, just as much as he craves her soul to embrace. As their Mavka offspring begin their own lives, he yearns for freedom from his realm. But for a bodiless demi-god, who doesn't belong in her world and cannot leave his own, there's no solution within his intangible reach.
