The world is changing faster than ever. We experience this almost daily, also at work. But the core of what employees want has been pretty constant for years. People want to be able to express and share their talents, receive fair treatment, have the opportunity to learn and grow, get recognition for what they do and feel safe in their work environment. Technology should help with this, to make things easier and sometimes even better. The reality is, however, not always that rosy.
