Artist´s view of Ukraine

This is my second book "Artist's View of Ukraine". My first one was "The Turth of My Paintings", released during the winter of 2023. My third book will be released during the 2024 with feelgood motifs. We all need positive input in these days. I am devoted to helping in my own way in what is going on in Ukraine. It is rather a war about the independence of the free world. If Ukraine falls, what could be next? The Baltic countries? Moldavia? The list could be long and awful! My contribution to Ukraine is to show with paintings what is happening in Ukraine after the Russian Invasion of the 24th of February 2022. My paintings show Ukraine during earlier peace, now war, potential victory and reconstruction. The book contains 42 paintings, which I have done over about 18 months, mixing varoius techniques like acrylic, oil, collage and digital methods. We will never forget the tragedy happening in Ukraine to all its people and we must always reflect on suffering children. Besides my own paintings the new book has about ten social realism paintings from my collection of these types of paintings, mainly bought in Ukrainian cities like Kiev and Odessa.
