Coloring Book

The Coloring Book is a hybrid "work book" that tackles the common experiences that have molded a lot of adult's into the people they are. Re-reparenting and inner child work is the focal point of this book; while the adult works through the gray, the little kid in us get's something to color. Isaiah uses his personal experiences as not only guidelines, but moments of pause, reflection, and clarity to allow the reader an opportunity to safely unpack and observe their own experiences that may be similar. Each section intentionally focuses on a theme as the reader journeys along with the ultimate end goal being a healthier sense of self, appreciation of self, but more than anything tools to take care of self moving forward.
