MIGP is a workforce development tool for building skill sets required to sustain rapport with clients, engage them in prevention and/or intervention treatment, and support efforts to reduce risk behaviors by affirming and increasing their personal capacity. Your staff will learn how to engage clients and explore ambivalence through healthy interaction, model new techniques in a group setting, find and encourage client competency, and set implementation goals within their currently defined occupation model.
