Ozzy Osbourne is a rock legend and pioneer of heavy metal, but these days it seems that more importance is placed upon his persona and celebrity than the groundbreaking music he has been a part of since the early 1970s. There have been many biographies on his life, but none have gone into his music with any real depth. Writer and musician Chris Wade, a life long Ozzy and Sabbath fan, has decided to look solely at Ozzy's music, putting the head biting and drug taking antics to one side to chart a career that includes Sabbath classics like Paranoid, and solo masterpieces such as Blizzard of Ozz and No More Tears.
