New Applications and Developments in Synthetic Peptide Chemistry

In this reprint, we report on different applications of peptide science at the border between different scientific areas, including biology, material science, medicine, chemistry, and cosmetic science. From the conclusions of the experimental investigations as well as the literature reviews herein reported, we envisage that peptide chemistry can open new avenues for drug discovery and nanotechnology.
