Patina Homes & Gardens

The Giannettis’ Patina style of architecture is a design language that embraces the art of imperfection, offering a sanctuary where comfort, nature, and individuality converge in perfect harmony. In exquisite photographs and personal stories, Patina Homes & Gardens features seven homes designed by Steve and Brooke Giannetti. The Giannettis’ reverence for history, a deep connection to nature, and a sense of comfort converge to shape the character of each distinctive home, whether it’s a seaside villa, a Tudor estate, a new Southern manor, a Spanish revival remodel, an estate inspired by West Virginia roots, or an English cottage. Each home is unique, beautifully appointed, has its own personality, and is highly functional for the families who live there. The Giannettis invite readers to follow their story of a new life near the small town of Leipers Fork, Tennessee, featuring their 1850s-era log cabin homestead remodeled in the signature Patina style and surrounded by beautiful gardens.Patina Homes & Gardens showcases the transformative power of design in everyday life.
