The world is overrun with monsters called Nemeses—and a young boy infected by one will stop at nothing to defeat them all! As for fugitive Inquisition officer Dragunov and his team, they attempt to sabotage the Inquisition’s anti-Fantasia devices and encounter an unexpected enemy—or maybe an ally? Meanwhile, Seth’s friend Doc discovers what it means to be one of the Droplet Kids and learns how they fare in the slums of the great city of Bôme.
