In this fifth title in the series, Dunne’s father finally comes home from the hospital where he was taken care of after a car accident. The first book in the series, My Happy Life, was named one of The New York Times Most Notable Books in 2013 and was nominated for the Prix Sorcières 2014 as well as the Deutscher Jugendliteraturpreis 2012.
